( BUT IT'S A PENALTY ! ) , TURNING THE HOUSE WITH THE FOUNDATION
ON IT'S HEAD WITH THE HOUSE STANDING ON IT'S ROOF ! THE FOUNDATION
THEN COMES CRASHING DOWN ON THE WHOLE HOUSE, DESTROYING
ROBERT'S CASE, WHICH IS THE FIGURATIVE HOUSE !
1/2/13 -The Obama health care bill is illegal ; it is against the LAW of our land, the U.S. Constitution. Congress CANNOT FORCE AMERICANS to buy something. It was implemented illegally, and is illegal in it's content. The bill says Americans who do not buy health insurance must pay a $ 2,500.00 penalty or go to jail. (SOON to be GOVERNMENT HEALTH CARE AND GOVERNMENT OWNED HOSPITALS) (This IS ILLEGAL and VIOLATES THE RIGHTS OF ALL AMERICANS. It FORCES COMPANIES TO PURCHASE HEALTH CARE FOR IT'S EMPLOYEES OR BE FINED AND JAILED .
The Obama Health Care Bill was passed by a devious, underhanded, miscreant body of elected Democrats in 2010 who did not even read the bill before they passed it. This is an unspeakable EVIL outrage AND ABUSE OF POWER FOR WHICH ALL WHO VOTED FOR IT SHOULD BE IMPEACHED, INCLUDING MR. OBAMA . Quote from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, before they passed the bill : Pelosi said, “ But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in

Supreme Court Justice Judge Roberts should also be impeached. When the Obama health care bill was taken to the Supreme court in 2012, Justice Roberts correctly stated in his brief that Congress CANNOT FORCE Americans to buy something. ( which is what the Obama health care bill does, in addition to taking away doctor choice and forcing Americans to pay for able body people's health care insurance who can PAY FOR their OWN health care.). Justice Roberts also stated that because there are taxes in the Obama health care bill, the bill stands. WRONG ! First : A house is built on a foundation, not a roof. OUR RIGHTS are built on the foundation of the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence protecting our inalienable rights, which protect our earned income and right to choose ! Judge
Roberts statement that Congress cannot FORCE Americans to buy something IS FROM the Foundation
of THE CONSTITUTION PROTECTING OUR RIGHTS.
Congress's right to TAX comes AFTER , and is a part of the CASE, the building. It Is The ROOF, NOT the Foundation. Mr. Roberts turned the BUILDING UPSIDE DOWN on it's ROOF, with the FOUNDATION at the TOP, with the HOUSE standing ON IT'S ROOF. His case and position COMES crumbling down with no legitimate basis, that is, NO FOUNDATION to stand on ! The Obama health care bill content and the way it was implemented has more of the appearance of something pushed through the Kremlin of the former Soviet Union U.S.S.R., rather than from the United States Of America.

Contrary to Judge Roberts statement at the conclusion of the Supreme Court case against the Obama health care bill in 2012 that the Obama health care bill mandate is taxes, Mr. Obama in 2009 stated in an interview on ABC with George Stephanopoulos that the health care mandate was not a tax. Later in 2012, a famous talk show host stated in February 2012 that Mr. Obama planned to send his lawyers to the Supreme Court to argue that the Obama health care mandate is a tax and therefore justified. Mr. Obama sent his lawyers, and the did exactly that : Argued before the Supreme court that the Obama health care mandate is a tax, and therefore justified and constitutional. The FACT is : The individual mandate is a PENALTY, NOT A TAX, and FORCES AMERICANS AND COMPANIES TO BUY SOMETHING, AND THEREFORE IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, VIOLATES THE RIGHTS OF THE AMERICAN CITIZEN, AND THEREFORE IS ILLEGAL.

OBAMA: Well, hold on a second, George. Here – here’s what’s happening. You and I are both paying $900, on average – our families – in higher premiums because of uncompensated care. Now what I’ve said is that if you can’t afford health insurance, you certainly shouldn’t be punished for that. That’s just piling on.
